This place never fails to impress. They serve great food for convenient pricing, there is no waiting time even when the spot is packed.

Really had a good overall experience having lunch here. The food was good in general, I would come back. I highly recommend this bar.

I was hoping the bad review for this place were wrong... Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Ordered drinks - beer was flat although cold. My food was cold, although my husband's wasn't - almost as if they made my plate and left it out on the counter while they made his. We had guacamole as an appetizer, and I'm glad it also came with salsa, because that's what we ended up eating, as the guacamole tasted like it was frozen (?!) and was too cold and didn't taste like anything.... The avocado that was on my food had a bunch of brown spots... Service was attentive, while confusing, as we had two people serving us at the same time.

We came as a party of two and were seated right away despite the restaurant being crowded. Had the Cheddar Texas cheese fries, which were delicious. Also had the Texas ribeye, which was very good.

It is 5:56 p.m. I am finished. I arrived at 4:40 p.m. .My food came at 5:26p.m . I came alone. I waited 4 full .minutes before I was greated and seated. When a family came in behind me I all of a sudden was given attention. The family was greeted first as I some how in my brown skin was invisible. I sat down and watched. Three groups be served their food before me. Did I mention that I was alone?.I took pictures to provide proof of my service. I showed the manager my pictures and videos to further support my claim. So Claim is I was mistreated PERHAPS because of the invisibility of my Brown skin. My evidence are these pictures. My reasoning is because I simply sat and watched other Spanish Speaking people get service before I did... What an underestimation on their part.. I am fluent in Spanish. Read and write it too!..CLAIM..... EVIDENCE.. REASONING.. CER.. English teachers know what I mean.. Just overall a bad vibe from this place. The audacity.

Typical chain restaurant food, and AWFUL service. The guy who greeted us (after waiting at the host-stand for a few minutes, with an almost empty restaurant) ended up being our server. He was polite and had manners, but doesn't have a clue of what customer service is about. Our drinks came around 15 mins later (again , with an empty restaurant and bar). The female bartender didn't seem to care about a ticket or anything. Not a single employee that passed by the table made eye contact. I literally couldn't ask nobody for a glass of water. The guy who seemed to be the manager or supervisor walked by to a specific table around 3 times, while he ignored us and the other 2 tables next to us. Nobody checked on us, and we had to ask for the check to another server, since ours seemed to be busy with God knows what. The place is a waste of time and money. There are WAY better options in the area.

Great restaurant, super friendly staff, poorly led by inadequate staffing or poor senior leaders. As a former waiter, we sat entirely too long waiting for appetizers. And by the time the entrees came we were long done with the appetizers. Either people called out or the minimum manning report needs to be relooked at. The frontline employees lose out in tips because they’re handling so many tables & patrons with such little help; and I’m sure they’re already inadequately paid to begin with. This restaurant chain and this location’s senior management are doing a disservice to its frontline employees; and I’m sure their frontline employees are under appreciated, under paid, over worked, and given empty promises of future improvement.Anyone reading this review, just find somewhere else to eat if you don’t want to dump 2 hours of your time waiting to wait some more.

Staff was polite and friendly.. Food was on time and tasty.. Food portion is great.. you get a lot of food and will definitely return again.. thank you Chili’s for making Father Day special..

Haven't been here in years. They have a great $10.00 special which includes a drink, soup or salad and your entree. Can't beat that deal. The choices are good and the food actually tasted good. I recommend the chicken enchilada or southwestern soups and always a good dessert. The service could be better.

I ordered take-out from this location recently and even though I live very close by, the food arrived cold and soggy and the drinks watery. However, after providing feedback, the Guest Engagement manager extended a dining credit and this time we went in person. The food was delicious: the chips and salsa are so good! House lemonade is super yummy and the mushroom swiss burger was piping hot and perfectly cooked. Service was very nice although a tad slow for the place being mostly empty. Overall a great recovery and a nice spot for a casual, filling bite to eat!

We never got our delivery order, 2 hrs later we had to cancel it :(

My actual rating is a 3.5*. The basic appeal — and the rationale for its rating — is that they constantly advertise very aggressive special, and my meal before tax and tip was $8 for chips and salsa, a bacon ranch quesadilla, and a cup of tortilla soup. All those items were small, but the sum total of all three items meant portions were very reasonable. If you join their rewards club, you also get a free drink every meal, which is ridiculous. The food is fine: not super tasty, but genuinely good enough for the price. The challenge other than the fact that the food isn’t that great is that the service is weak. I wasn’t given a napkin when sitting down, and it took forever to get my waiter’s attention.

My favorite restaurant of ALL! BUT Chili's please deliver outside the Secaucus area already, I need to have some really good Tex-Mex & desserts at home for now. My fav margaritas I will pick up tho :)

Chili's Grill & Bar is an American casual dining restaurant chain.The company was founded by Larry Lavine in Texas in 1975 and is currently owned and operated by Brinker International. In 1983, Lavine sold the company to restaurant executive Norman E. Brinker, formerly of the Pillsbury restaurant group that owned Bennigan's and the food quality went down. Overall is fair, cheap food. They say is Mexican food but is not, they mimic Mexico’s food. Plenty of parking and a large menu to choose from. Ambience is ok as well. Not the best food but for the price is fair.

Service is very sporadic..sometimes great sometimes lackluster. Food is good, fajitas are the freshest tasting item, everything else is standard chain restaurant quality.

Chilli’s at Secaucus is a great dining place...I had ancho Salmon one day and Chicken Fajitas another day and both dishes were served well..hot till the last bite and enough quantity and best taste.Only suggestion is better/more timely customer attention that their servers can pay...

Drinks were great and food is always amazing... Bartender was kinda dull but other than that, no complaints!

From the first moment you enter this restaurant the stuff gives you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a good place to go out with friends or with your date. very good cuisine, talented chief cook and stuff, reasonable price and professional service. Highly recommended.

Omg , absolutely the best restaurant pasta I have ever had , would definitely recommend trying it , the Margaretta's were delicious, and the fried pickles 👌👌 , the staff at this location were absolutely amazing , friendly and helpful ! 12/10

Reasonably fast service if you don't go at peak times. Chili is quite good. Ask about the monthly special drink.

Had a great choice of options for lunch and went with the Chili's can't make a bad burger. It was perfect. Service was also perfect.

They got the burgers other joints advertise having. Big, thick, juicy burgers. They also have my favorite desert Lava Cake, I highly recommend it!

Super delicious food. Hand down my favorite chain sit-down restaurant. You have to try the enchilada soup! The nachos are to die for! What other restuarant let's you order a burger and nachos? Chilis! Best of all the prices are really reasonable

The service was weird; I'm not sure who our server was. A lady took our drink orders and appetizer order, but a man took our entree orders. Also, I ordered a molten chocolate cake when we ordered the entrees, but apparently they never put it in the system, so after reminding both(?) servers, it took them over 20 minutes to bring it out. Not a good experience, probably not coming back to this Chili's.

My favorite restaurant ever! I make sure to visit Chili’s when I’m in New York because their food is just great! If you are looking for great Texan Mexican food and some of the best desserts out there, I urge you to go to Chili’s and have a feast! Prices are very affordable for large quantities! I recommend Chiles. On our visit tonight the food was tasty and well presented and the service staff was very polite, informed and courteous. The manager was busy on the floor and had everything running smooth. On a prior visit I tasted some of the best asparagus ever, and tonight all of our dishes were well presented and cooked just right. The vegetarian fajita platter is really very good as were the shrimp tacos and the kids platters.The management staff was on the floor and the operation ran like clock-work. It was a really nice meal and the staff made us feel welcome. Great service. Thank you!

Nice location. Service was a tad bit slow. I was there around 3 on a Friday, may be that's not the right time. Other than that. All good!!

Cozy place to eat and grab drinks. Great for kids as the environment is busy. The other guest won't hear your kids making any noise on top of the music playing and the tv's on. That's why I love coming here.

I used to really like chilis. The service has gone dow hill and the food has drastically changed. This may be my last visit. I ordered the new Boss Burger, it's a cheeseburger with bacon, sausage, brisket and ribs, as well as a margarita. The drink was ok. Not even filled to the top. And light on the alcohol. The burger on the other hand was one of the weakest meat piles I have ever seen. Added pic of what I got and what I thought I ordered.

Great location, especially if you want to go to the movies! Great selection of food. Loved the triple Dipper appetizer option: got to choose from a selection. Ranchero tacos were okay, kinda bland. The molten chocolate lava cake was amazing, the warmth of the cake plus the cold of the ice cream was Delicious. Service was a bit slow, so depending if you are in a hurry or not might be problematic.

I had very good experience here. Food is absolutely tasty. Lot of varieties are available. We can customize food the according to taste. Wait time is very less. No wait to pay the bills, their system of making payment is too easy. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Wifi is available.

I arrived in Secaucus,NJ Chili’s at 6:45 pm was giving a happy hour menu.... We were seated seen lots of waiter walking past never approached us to see if anyone had taken our order. We waited until 7:15 until someone asked if we were being served. I said no and they said they were really backed up when the tables were mostly empty and it was on a Monday. Finally at 7:25 a waiter comes to take the order I asked if I can have a drink from happy hour since I waited so long and the waiter said happy hour past so I said I will go else where have a nice day.

Nice place....there is a thing about this bar and restaurant...you can go with your friends and have few drinks and enjoy game or go with family and have fun nice mexican dinner.. ofcource food is awesome and service is best....a must visit place
